2023 Sponsor and Vendor Invitation!
Your organization is invited to be a Sponsor and/or Vendor at Informed Choice Iowa’s 2023 Annual Conference! When you partner with us as a Sponsor or Vendor, your organization's brand will be in front of many new and returning attendees.
Sponsors and Vendors play an important role in supporting the mission of the conference, which is to provide a venue to inform, equip, and encourage families about vaccine safety, informed consent, and taking control of personal health decisions. This year's conference theme is "Did you know...?", a simple question that can initiate a myriad of health-related conversations and provoke critical thinking.
Becoming a Sponsor and/or Vendor is a great way for businesses, organizations, or individuals to have in-person engagement with conference attendees and take advantage of the multifaceted promotional opportunities through ICI’s social media sites and newsletter. Each year, since our first conference in 2019, attendance has grown to over 600 in 2022! Also, ICI currently has over 11,000 Facebook followers, 2600 followers on Instagram, and our ICI newsletter has over 2000 subscribers.
Although it would be wonderful to have unlimited Sponsors and Vendors, our capacity is limited. This year, we have 3 Sponsor levels: Platinum, Gold, and Silver, and our coveted Vendor package (details below).
Additionally, organizations will be able to select Advertising options for the printed Conference Program and the Literature Promo option during registration as ways to promote your business to conference attendees.
