Your ticket will provide you full access to the conference presentations, a boxed lunch of your choice, and a conference t-shirt*. Space is limited! Once the event is full, ticket sales will close.

What about Children and Childcare?

Age of attendees is up to the individual or parent. Tickets for children are the same cost as tickets for adults. Parents should use their discretion to determine if their children can sit through an entire day of speakers without distracting other attendees.

For nursing babies under 6 months that can be worn and don't crawl, no ticket purchase is required (babies 6 months and older would require a ticket for entry). If a baby becomes fussy, the parent will be expected to step out so as to not disrupt or distract speakers or other event attendees.

Hotel Reservations (special rate!)

SPECIAL LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS RATE

For travelers, or locals wanting to have a weekend get-away, a special hotel room rate of $112 (plus tax and fees) has been negotiated for the conference. Whether you need a room for one or both nights at this special rate, contact the hotel by October 10, and reference the ICI Conference to get this special rate. Make your reservation early - special rate rooms are limited!

Attendee Registration

  • Grilled Chicken Sandwich: chicken breast, bacon, tomato, fresh greens, with American cheese on a brioche bun served with chips, a fresh baked cookie, and bottled water.

  • Turkey Cobb Salad: Diced turkey, avocado, tomato, bacon, and hard boiled egg served on salad greens with Italian dressing packet, whole fruit/apple, gluten free dessert, and bottled water.

  • To save on conference expenses, I will not need ICI to purchase a lunch for me. (If this option is for you this year, the savings will be used to help support the conference and ICI’s mission.)
