$350 Vendor Booth

Interested in showcasing your product or service to hundreds of individuals in attendance at the Informed Conference? We have vendor booths available for you to mingle and promote what you are passionate about - but hurry because space is limited! Sign up today!

The vendor package includes:

• one general admission pass 
• 6' vendor table (covered & skirted)
• free wifi
• two chairs
• wastebasket
*If you need electricty you can purchase that as an additional cost for $35.
Vendors will be permitted to set up their space the morning of the event.

Additional individuals needed to assist or work at a vendor booth may purchase a general admission ticket on the attendee registration page.

Be sure to select the registration option that says "(with electricity)" as there is an additional fee for this booth feature.

Vendor Staffing Booth Details

Each vendor booth comes with one general admission ticket permitting entry into the event. If you plan to have additional individuals staffing your booth and they remain at the booth, they do not need to purchase a general admission ticket. If however, they want to go into the conference hall and participate or listen to the speakers, they will need to purchase a general admission conference ticket from the registration site.

$25 Promotional Literature Display

Want to promote your business, organization, product, or cause? For $25 you may leave a stack of one marketing piece at the Community Resource Table. Marketing material must be no bigger than 8.5x11. Drop off your material at the ICI merchandise table on Saturday morning.

Informed Choice Iowa reserves the right to deny vendor or sponsor registration for this event for any reason. If a vendor or sponsor registration is denied we will refund the registration fee, minus the processing fee.
